Apparel and bouquets ship separately. Apparel is produced and shipped by Printful, while bouquets are hand-designed and shipped from our home studio. If you order both, you’ll receive multiple packages that may arrive on different days

Apparel typically takes 5–15 days from production to delivery.
Bouquets ship within 1–3 business days from our studio.

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they enter production or have shipped.
Please double-check your order details and address before checkout.

Each bouquet is handmade using natural, preserved, dried, and sometimes dyed florals.
Slight variations in size, color, and stem type are normal and expected.

Bouquets may include dried, preserved, natural, or dyed stems.

Some shedding or variation over time is normal.

• Bouquets: All sales are final due to their delicate, handmade nature.
   
• Apparel: Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors. Contact us within 7 days with a photo.

• We donate $10 from every sale to the Lewy Body Dementia Association (LBDA).
  These funds are allocated directly to priority LBD research through the LBDA Research Centers of Excellence.

• Donations are submitted monthly, based on completed sales.

• All donations are directed to LBDA’s priority research initiatives, which support scientific advancements, early detection, improved care, and future treatments for Lewy Body Dementia.

• Not yet. Root & Light Co. is a for-profit small business with a built-in philanthropic mission to fund LBD research.
